At Pets Shop Plus we ship virtually anywhere in the world so each time you place your order with us online, you'll have the opportunity to choose your choice of shipping rate (available in the US only) or our customer service department will gauge your shipping rate depending on either your zone within the Continental US or international rates to your country. 

US Domestic Shipping

• Any orders that are $25 and more qualify for free shipping

Pets Shop Plus is not responsible for the management of your package once delivery confirmation has been received so please be aware of your shipping and order status via our email notifications. You can track your purchase on MY ACCOUNT with your email address and order number. International duties are the responsibility of the customer and Pets Stuff Plus is not able to track your purchase beyond our US borders. If you would like expedited shipping with International Priority Mail tracking please contact customer service for details.
